This painting was created after visiting The Petrifying Well in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. The well was used for the background of the painting. The image is of an Undine, a water spirit usually associated with pools and waterfalls. The original Undine artwork was created using acrylic and ink. Acrylic and Ink on Bristol board, 20cm x 41cm

Fine art Giclée prints are available in a range of sizes (including large format). The prints are of the highest quality, using colour inkjet printing on Hahnemühle fine quality paper.

Giclée Canvas Prints

Giclée canvas prints are also available in a variety of sizes (including large format). They are matt-coated inkjet canvas and have a smooth and even texture. They are Hahnemühle 370gsm art canvas, which is ideal for illustrations and fine art reproductions. They are stretched onto a quality conservation stretcher frame and are ready to hang. The stretcher bars are available in either 20mm or 40mm.

Giclée Fine Art Prints

Each print is sent in acid-free tissue wrap and posted in an armoured 4inch diameter mailing tube. The mailing tube is either small (26 inches in length) or large (41 inches in length) depending on the size of print.

Each canvas print has been stretched on either a 20mm or 40mm deep bar frame and carefully packed carefully for delivery. The mailing costs for the canvas prints are as follows:

Greetings Cards

The greetings cards are provided either individually - or in a pack of assorted cards of 5 and 10. Each card is blank inside with a white envelope and is cellophane wrapped.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or it does not arrive in a satisfactory condition, you are advised to do the following:

Take a digital photo of the damaged item and the shipping container it arrived in.
Attach your photos to an email and send them to sales@melaniebrear.com. Include your order number, item number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
State if you require a replacement or a refund.

Please allow 48 hours for a reply. Replacements usually take 48 hours from the time of us receiving your request.

If you fail to give adequate proof that the item has been damaged, you may be expected to return the print at your own expense before we can properly make an assessment.
If you wish to return the undamaged print, a full refund will be made, but we will not pay the shipping costs.
Please include your order number, item number, and a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
Post your item back to us at the address given below in its original packaging material, together with your reason for the return. It is advisable that tracking methods are used on all returns and appropriate postal insurance is included.

All refunds will be made within a 48-72 hour period from receiving the returned print.
